Ag Galerie is pleased to announce an Ag Experiment project collaborating with French artist Damien Poulain in his site specific work titled, ‘Love Have No Size’. This work is a mural painting series, exploring the multiple human facets and love possibilities through a geometric work. “Art can die, a painting can disappear, but what matters, are the seeds that it sows on earth”, said Joan Miro. By painting in urban spaces, Poulain wishes to spread a simple and yet complex message of and about love in various parts of the world, to confront people with a universal message about beauty, possibilities and choices.
Painting in urban spaces is a political act and an act of love.
Love Have No Size, sees no limit in space and location, it can be adapted to multiple formats and sizes. It is Poulain’s personal strategy to escape reality, giving a space for colour and contemplation. This project has been supported by The Cultural Section of the French Embassy in Tehran and the Kaaf Non-Profit Art Institue in Tehran.
